What Youll Do:
-Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and letters in Italian and Spanish.
-Provide product information, assist with complaints, and resolve inquiries.
-Offer first-level technical support and guide customers on IoT technologies and apps.
-Be a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requisitos
What Were Looking For:

Fluent Italian (C2) & Spanish (C1) Training is provided in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Tech-savvy mindset and a passion for the automotive industry.
A team player with a positive and proactive approach.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Monday to Friday. 39 hours week / Rotating schedule/ 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00
